TARGET FORWARD - Finishing (feet & head), Laying off balls with 1 touch (feet, head and chest), Controlling air balls & first touch, Turning with your back to goal to get a shot.
WINGER - Crossing (especially balls that bend away from the keeper), Moves to get off a cross or shot, Dribbling at speed, Finishing, First touch control.
CENTER MID - First touch (must be perfect), Accurate mid to long range passing (both feet, ground, air, straight & curving), Moves to release pressure (with back to the opponent), 1 touch layoffs, Dribbling with speed.
OUTSIDE BACK - Controlling air-balls, Accurate long passing, First touch, Defensive heading, Dribble with speed, Crossing, Clearing with both feet.
CENTER BACK - Controlling air-balls, Accurate long passing, First touch, Defensive heading, Clearing with both feet.
GOALKEEPERS - Accurate distribution (punts, throws, long passing), Controlling air-balls & First touch, Clearing the ball with both feet.
Below are lists of where I see you guys fitting in. This is to give you an idea of what to do. If you want to play a different position than where I have you listed, then by all means work hard at the position you want and show me you are one of the best at that position when you come into pre-season. Some of you will be on more than one list.
